Virtual Assistant and Owner of Portfolio PA

Gemma is a multi-award-winning Virtual Assistant. She founded Portfolio PA in 2015 to provide business owners, consultants and entrepreneurs with flexible, cost-effective PA and administrative support.

Prior to founding her business, Gemma spent over 10 years as a C-suite EA and PA in FTSE 250 and global companies including Premier Farnell, Yorkshire Water and Arup.

In 2018 Gemma was crowned Yorkshire VA of the Year, and was a finalist in the Pitman Super Achievers International PA of the Year in 2019. She was also awarded Best PA in Business at The PA Hub awards in both 2016 and 2017.

She is a contributing author for Executive Secretary magazine, a Fellow of the Executive and Personal Assistants Association (EPAA), and a passionate advocate of the role of the Assistant as a strategic business partner.
