Gemma Walton

Managing Director

Gemma is a multi-award-winning Virtual Assistant, Online Business Manager and PA industry expert.

Before becoming a Virtual Assistant in 2015, Gemma spent over 10 years as a C-suite PA in FTSE 250 companies including Arup, Yorkshire Water and Premier Farnell.

Her credentials include:

Ops Manager

Kelly works with clients who need an experienced and capable Operations Manager 

She specialises in business operations management and systems, ensuring client support and internal teams operate smoothly from client onboarding through to delivery.

Kelly has over a decade of experience across executive search and management consulting firms.

Gabi

Project Manager

Gabi is our PMO expert! She brings over ten years of hands-on experience in PMO leadership, programme support and project delivery across a range of sectors. She’s known for strengthening governance, streamlining processes and helping teams keep complex work moving smoothly. Alongside her project expertise, she also offers practical Virtual Assistant support.

Fleur

Virtual Assistant

Fleur specialises in working with UHNW individuals and Executive Boards. She has a wealth of experience in blue-chip organisations and specialises in client relationship management and lifestyle/private PA work. She is a fluent French speaker and is happy to work with international clients.

Jo

Virtual Assistant

Jo has an extensive background in operations and admin spanning the public, health and charity sectors.

For over 25 years she has been the “go-to” person behind the scenes, managing grant programmes worth millions, streamlining operations, organising events, and providing executive support.

She now partners with non-profits, consultants and small business owners to help them regain time, focus, and clarity.

Ash

Virtual Assistant

Based in North Yorkshire, Ash has over 20 years of EA experience working with C-Suite executives in global corporates, primarily in the insurance and finance sectors. Her expertise lies in providing traditional EA support with exceptional attention to detail.

Melissa

Marketing Consultant & VA

Melissa has over 25 years of experience as both a C-suite PA and sales specialist.

She now focuses on supporting small businesses with growing and managing their online presence.

Melissa is also an email marketing wizard and loves nothing more than designing and creating campaigns for our clients.

Ryan

Virtual Assistant

Prior to becoming a VA, Ryan spent 17 years working within the Ministry of Justice as an administrative specialist. Now he brings that experience to the businesses and professionals he supports.

Nicola is a Virtual Assistant based in Gateshead, Tyne & Wear.

With over 20 years of PA and EA experience, Nicola has worked across a variety of sectors, including finance, property and education.

She has a wide range of skills including project management, Board & senior-level meeting preparation, diary management, travel arrangements and event/hospitality organisation.

Danielle

Virtual Assistant

Prior to becoming a Virtual PA, Danielle had a 14-year legal career and therefore has extensive legal knowledge and admin experience at a high level.  She has a keen attention to detail and is incredibly organised and efficient.

Virtual Assistant

Kerry is a Virtual PA based in East Anglia, and brings almost 30 years of experience, having worked with brands including OVO and SSE Plc.

Kerry’s key skills are in contract and commercial admin, lifestyle support, diary and project management.

Matt

Virtual Assistant

For more than a decade, Matt has been providing award-winning administrative support to all kinds of busy people in a variety of demanding positions. His work has helped them to find more time each day, relieve some of the stress that comes from overwhelming workloads, and save money by improving efficiency and providing assistance only when required.

Matt was born and raised in Shepperton, Surrey, and now lives in West Sussex.

Diana

Virtual Assistant

Inspired by the achievements of strong women in their careers, Diana became a VA in 2023 following almost two decades as an Executive PA and administrator.

Diana has experience in working with high-net-worth and neurodiverse clients, and specialises in complex travel and logistics planning. She is based just outside London.
