Gemma Walton

Managing Director

Gemma is a multi-award-winning Virtual Assistant.

She founded Portfolio PA in 2015 to provide business owners with flexible, cost-effective PA and business support.

Prior to becoming a Virtual Assistant, Gemma spent over 10 years as a C-suite EA and PA in FTSE 250 companies including Premier Farnell, Yorkshire Water and Arup.

Her credentials include:

  • Three-time winner of Yorkshire VA of the Year
  • Judge – The PA Hub Awards 2019
  • Contributing author – Executive Secretary magazine
  • Fellow – Institute of Administrative Management

Gemma is a passionate advocate of the role of the Virtual Assistant as a strategic business partner.

Kate Levitt

Virtual Assistant

Kate is a Virtual Assistant based in Bristol, where she provides remote admin, social media and events support to busy business professionals throughout the UK.

With 10 years administration experience, Kate has worked within a range of sectors including financial services, hospitality, education, and events. Before becoming a Virtual Assistant, she was a PA at KPMG UK.

Michelle Jamieson

Virtual Assistant

Michelle is an experienced and conscientious Virtual Assistant based in York. Michelle became a VA in 2019 after a 15-year career as an Office Manager and PA.

She specialises in creating new business procedures, systems and processes, plus HR administration, diary management, accounts preparation and payroll.

Maggie Pirolli

Virtual Assistant

Maggie is a former Executive Personal assistant and accredited Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 25 years experience in areas including diary management, global travel planning and more.

Prior to becoming a Virtual Assistant, Maggie was a C-Suite PA within a FTSE100 business. 

What does a Virtual Assistant do?

At Portfolio PA we offer a flexible solution to the perennial problem of not having enough hours in the day. Our Virtual Assistants provide remote business support to entrepreneurs, business owners and consultants.

All of our VAs have previously supported C-Suite directors in some of the UK’s biggest companies.

We have worked with CEOs, COOs, MDs, and functional directors responsible for HR, Marketing, Communications, Customer Experience, Finance, Organisational Development, Transformation and Change.
