Gemma Walton

Managing Director

Gemma is a multi-award-winning Virtual Assistant and VA industry expert.

She founded Portfolio PA in 2015 to provide business owners with flexible, cost-effective PA and business support.

Prior to becoming a Virtual Assistant, Gemma spent over 10 years as a C-suite PA in FTSE 250 companies.

Her credentials include:

  • Yorkshire VA of the Year 2016, 2017 & 2018
  • Finalist – Pitman International PA of the Year 2019
  • Contributing author – Executive Support magazine
  • Fellow – Institute of Administrative Management (IAM)
  • Fellow –  Executive & Personal Assistants Association (EPAA)

She is also Mailchimp certified to assist with your digital marketing needs.

Stacey

Virtual Assistant

Stacey is a Virtual Assistant based in Kent, with commuting links to London.

As a former Executive Assistant with 10 years experience supporting the C-Suite of FTSE 100 businesses, Stacey has extensive knowledge of the corporate and services industry.

She specialises in diary, email and travel management.

Melissa

Virtual Assistant

Melissa is an exceptional VA with 25 years of experience as a C-Suite PA.
Curious by nature and a logical person who loves to problem solve, she enjoys bringing structure and order by organising processes and taking proactive ownership of tasks.

Melissa is an executive support expert and has supported CEOs and Directors of some of the UK’s biggest companies. She’s also a grammar geek with a love of writing, with skills including blogging, content creation and proofreading.

We have two Gemmas in the team!

Gemma H’s previous experience includes working for a major international corporation as an Executive Assistant to the SLT. She also has extensive experience in events management and digital account management.

Nicola

Virtual Assistant

Nicola is a Virtual Assistant based in Gateshead, Tyne & Wear.

With over 20 years of PA and EA experience, Nicola has worked across a variety of sectors, including finance, property and education.

She has a wide range of skills including project management, Board & senior-level meeting preparation, diary management, travel arrangements and event/hospitality organisation.

Danielle

Virtual Assistant

Danielle is a Virtual Assistant based in Manchester, where she provides remote admin, diary management and email management support.

Prior to becoming a VA, Danielle had a 14-year legal career and therefore has extensive legal knowledge and admin experience at a high level.  She has a keen attention to detail and is incredibly organised and efficient.

Lois

Virtual Assistant

With over 20 years’ of experience in administration and customer service, Lois has a deep and varied knowledge of what it takes to be an exceptional Virtual Assistant and ensure an organization runs smoothly behind the scenes.

She is thoughtful, skillful, conscientious and proactive, and will represent your business seamlessly to clients and stakeholders.
