Let’s start by learning more about our Managing Director, Gemma Walton.
Gemma founded Portfolio PA in 2015, following a ten-year career as a blue-chip Executive Assistant in some of the world’s biggest companies.
Portfolio PA arose from a desire to assist more people in getting more hours in the day, and to provide best-in-class Virtual Assistant support to consultants, entrepreneurs, and business owners.
Gemma is a firm believer that high-quality executive and administrative support can transform the lives of busy professionals, allowing them to devote more time to what matters most to them.
She has extensive experience supporting coaches, consultants, HR professionals, marketing directors and more. Gemma has a particular interest in working with change and transformation consultants, but is open to working with clients from any industry.

Gemma also served on the judging panel for the PA Hub Awards in 2019.
She is a contributing author for Executive Secretary magazine, and a Fellow of both the EPAA (Executive and Personal Assistants Association) and the IAM (Insitute of Administrative Management). She has also appeared on the BBC, on podcasts, and at industry events as a speaker on all things Virtual Assistant and PA-related.
She also mentors and coaches aspiring personal assistants and Virtual Assistants.
Outside of work, Gemma lives in Leeds, is married to Mike, and has a small dog, Sweep, who runs her business prevention department!
