Meet the team: Melissa

In the third of our ‘Meet the Team’ blog post series, meet our expert Virtual Assistant, Melissa.

Melissa has over 25 years’ experience in business administration, and has supported CEOs and Directors of some of the UK’s biggest companies, including a number of household names.

Melissa is proactive, deadline-focused, and a curious person who loves to problem-solve. She believes that communication is the key to delivering a first-class service, and always keeps clients fully updated on the status of their work.

She is also creative, with a great eye for design, and helps clients to create great content whilst paying attention to the small details that really matter. She’s also a grammar geek with a love of writing, with skills including blogging, content creation and proofreading.

When she’s not being an exceptional Virtual Assistant, Melissa sings in a community band, writes songs with her husband, plays the piano, and paints and restores furniture. She also has a white cat, Noah, who thinks he is a dog!
